ya get the 2 inch drop shackles and then you can also clamp your overload spring down to the rest of the springs just with the u bolt kit from you local autoparts store and that will give you another inch or so

iagree-that would be the cheapest way to go. If your a little more mechanically inclined, you could remove the leaf above the overload and not do a spring clamp and still do a drop shackle. But,the easiest way is the shackle/spring clamp method. Both of these methods will get you close to a 3 inch rear drop.

2" lowering shackles and a total of four spring clamps will bring your rear down 3" - and costs less than $100 thumb2

i just put the clamps on mine about 2 weeks ago. i just measured 3 inches back form the front of the overload and it clamped it. it wont go down alot but after you drive it a little it will drop about an inch. but even after that the front is still gonna be a little lower. if your really want it level then you should get a flip kit just for the rear.

Blackedout-no,you don't have to remove the overload spring. Some people say that if you flip the overload(pointing upwards as opposed to downwards),that the truck rides a little better(?). I haven't tried that yet(overload flip).
