I'm currently putting pics together along with a write-up from my install last weekend. I should have this done by Sunday evening.

The parts include:
2 - 2" drop coils "marked driver and passenger"
2 - u-bolt plates
2 - flip mount
2 - shock extenders (+hardware)
2 - shorter bolts for your brake lines
2 - lowering shackles

I have a pic of everything laid out for you on my other computer... I'll post this and then go upload the pic and post it.

The zip-tied things are the shock extenders and the pieces (top-right) are the flip mounts, and the plates in the center are the plates for your u-bolts.

I can clarify, that's everything for the flip kit. I used drop spindles for my front though.

yep thats the flip kit, make sure you get trac bars and your pinion angle adjusted ASAP, i had bad luck with those flip blocks they would wrap around my axel and bent the stock perches ontop, make sure and use a 1/2 impact on those u bolts or buy new ones, they really should be replaced because they are stretch bolts.

Notice in the last pic I'm in the lowest hole of the shackles... This will give you 4" drop in the rear. Go up to the next hole if you want the full 4.5

Here's the shorter bolt on the brake line
