Yesterday afternoon I took out the overload spring and put in my drop shackles. I had to wait almost 6 weeks for my drop shackles from the local performance shop. Here's a before and after pic, although there's not much difference it has leveled out a bit! Smiler

I'm doing the same thing on mine, but mine is a regular cab... I got the shackles on, but I haven't taken the overload spring out yet.

I wanted to see what it looked like before I did that.

Current mods:

Exterior: 2003 RC short bed Ram. Chrome 20" Motto wheels, 275/55/20 Bridgestone Duelers, tint, functional SRT-10 Hood, Street Scene bumper cover, de-chromed and painted rear bumper, body matched grill shell, mirrors, door handles, tailgate handle and antenna mount, billet grill and bumper inserts, Bushwhacker street fender flares, polished "Ram" 3rd brake light cover.
Engine: Flowmaster 40 series dual exhaust, 3rd Strike dual filter with throttle body spacer.
Audio: Alpine 9885 with IPod, Infiniti 3.5", 5.25" and 6x9's, two Kenwood DVC 12" subs with three Kenwood amps running it all through Monster Cable wiring. Optima red-top.
Interior: Sueded headliner, color matched A&B pillars, overhead console, and rear light surround.
Proudly serving our country with the Marine Corps for 12 years.

I got about 1 & 1/2", leaving the front end exactly 2 inches different than the rear.

Here's what it looks like before the overload spring delete....

It still seems higher than it should I think cause I took the tailgate off as well as the stock bumper and the tow package, so there's like NO weight in the rear....
