Can you just get a rear flip kit? Will it make it squat to much?

I don't have a quad cab, but,I believe a 2.5-3 inch rear drop makes them level. A flip kit would drop the rear between 4 to 4 1/2 inches,so,yes, the back of your truck would squat.

..oh,missed your other question. If you wanted to get a flip kit by itself, you could. I think some are in the $200 to $250 range. Also, now that I'm thinking about it-you could get the rear flip kit and set it at the 4 inch drop setting and trim off a little of your front coils to achieve a 1 inch front drop-that would be fairly even, front to back.

It would be cheaper and easyer to do drop shackles and clamps and you would get a 3" drop in the rear. cost in parts about 100.00

I got shackles already had them about 10,000 miles now looking for the extra lowering, have no desire to put the clamps on it may work for most but with my luck with this truck ill be the one in billion where the leaf snaps just too much tension at the wrong angle rubs me the wrong way. You say that duane has an axle relocator kit thats $100 bucks what exactly is that and where can I get it from? Thanks.

it does the same as a flip kit but you use all the same u bolts and everything. you will probably need new u bolts though. there is also the flip kit just for the rear that comes with everything youll need. the only ting with a flip kit that changed my mind about it was that you will probably have to c-notch the frame so the bumpstop doesnt bottom out right away.
