Yeah so..this article is like 2 years old. The guy just didnt like the truck, some of his facts where right, some where wrong.

There is close to 10,000 of these Rumblebees that where made between 2004 and 2005. Dodge wont ever release what the actual numbers are.

But hey...thanks for making a post that slams us bee owners :P

All I can tell you is I bought my Bee for items like! I LIKE IT, it was a statement that I wasn't following a pack and I didn't have to buy a lot of mod to change it from looking like all the others out there. But the main thing is it's a HEMI. There are articles against a lot of items out there, but who cares as long as you got what you like. There's lot of things out there with other peoples' option, but the old saying goes if you can't say something nice don't say nothing at all! If has to do with safety or a mechanical problem yes I would like to know, if it’s someone beating up on something or someone lets leave it in the archives. DC did set the numbers on the production of the BEE! 2004 and 2005 Rumble Bees was 4858 and 5174 respectively.

Post your links or proof on the numbers. I know myself and bunch of folks at www.rumblebee.org would love to see it.

Are you refering to the Speadsheet put together by one of the members on the site?

That was a attempt to get all of the numbers from registered members of the site, and was not done by DC.
To my knowledge as of this day, DC will not confirm or deny that more then 3700 Bees where ever made. And that is to include what was produced in 04 and 05.
Logic tells us since you and I both have trucks numbered over 3700 that DC obviously made more then 3700. Again, from all the discusions on the rumblebee.org website, the numbers are closer to 5,000 per year.

The numbers were from another member that had got them from DC and the other member started the registry for us to keep track of what out there. On the link (it's a website now, not a spreadsheet)is the statement of the numbers for each year.

I did a search on rumblebee.org and find I think the entry that stated the numbers that are posted on my previous link.
http://www.rumblebee.org/viewtopic.php?t=8174&highlight=dc+numbers

The numbers add up since I haven't seen any above the numbers on that listing. But one thing for sure it's not as many of us as there is of other types they produced.

Just stumbled in here guys
The reject who wrote that article is a total ass!
The Rumble Bee turns heads wherever it drives on the road, it does have an intimidation factor..
You guys have to be proud of your truck, I wish I was able to find one when I bought my Solar RC Sport at the end of the factory sales, maybe the jerk couldn't find one himself and is bashing it.
Anyways keep on truckin' hail

Thanks for the compliments on the Bee's. Just Saturday I went to the local gas station to get gas for the lawn mower, and when I looked up there was an older couple getting out of there car and the guy walked across the parking lot and was taking pictures of my truck. Then he come over and was asking me all kinds of questions. I can't remember ever driving another stock (in appearance) truck and having people do that!

Anyway I got a pic for you guys and the hell with that article,it was probably written by someone who wishes chebby or furd could have put out something that looks half as tough!!

Ok guys tell me something, and I'm not being a smart ass.
What is the difference in a RumbleBee and a Daytona other than the wing and the stripes?
There aren't any around where I live to really look at, and none of the dealerships near me have them. Is ther any difference in the ground effects kits?

The Daytona has the borla exhaust, chrome wheels, gas cap cover and the Bee's have the 3:92 limited slip rear as much as I know. OH! of course they have the spoiler/wing and they are still making them. Bee were only done 04, 05 RC,SB Black & Solar Yellow with about 10,032 of them. But both are numbered.
