I bought a K&N Cold Air Intake from craigslist for $100. I picked it up today and it will be installed tomorrow by one of my friends who is a mechanic. It is for an 03 but I figure it should fit on my 04 because nothing big like MDS or VVT was added until later years. It is for a Hemi and all the parts seem to be here. I'll keep you guys posted.

You will love it, I have K&N cold air system on mine too and loving it.....the first thing you will notice is the sound of air rushing through....you think you have Turbo or Supercharge system under your hood (that is if you don't have loud exhaust), even better when you add scoop inside your grill (can't remember the name at this moment ).....after you add exhaust you loose that sound until you step on it....

Well atm the only other performance mod I have is Magnaflow dual cat-back exhaust. I am also looking for a Superchips programmer on Craigslist. I have put a Kenwood head unit in with the loaded mtx dual 10 inch sub box under my rear seats. I believe the subs are thunderform 4500s. I also installed a powr-slider by CR Laurence. I am currently looking for a factory Sirius satellite radio receiver and a factory sun roof off of a 05 Ram 1500. When I get the chance I have a friend who is hooking me up with HIDs for my headlights and fog lights.

I have had a jet scoop on my last two trucks. Don't know if it does all that much good, but it can't hurt.
Not much of a picture but you can make out the rectangular scoop on the left side of the picture, next to the radiator.

Can you link me more photos of the scoop, I want to see how hard it is to install.

to install the scoop is not hard at all....if I remember only 2 screws.....

My K&N has been good for me. Which series is it?

BlackDragon is right...two bolts that hold the headlight on and some double sticky tape. Sorry I don't have any more pictures. I'll see if I can take some tomorrow.

Just look in our 4 sale forum for a SC. There are like 3 of them there right now..... there is also an ebay seller that was selling them for $209 shipped. Stebob bought one. It was listed on Dodgetalk I believe a month or so ago.
