I have one of those. Ive been reworking it for a week now. I ran a 9 inch long filter with all the straightest bends possible. I ordered a set of silicone Hump couplers to attach it with and its looking good so far. I will post some pics. I actually have the 3.5 and 3 inch ones. If anyone wants the 3 inch I may sell it. I bought just the tube not the entire kit. the tube is like $110. Its under universal on the airaid site.

Bought some 1/4 inch Aluminum bar today I hope to make a bracket for the intake that will last. Im using rubber where I can to help with the vibration and im using hump couplers to try to cut out some too.

I'm very interested in your progress on this project. I plan on doing something myself.

This is it so far. I have enough tube to actually put the filter infront of the radiator if I wanted. But I dont want so many bends.

Here is the final picture of it. I finaly got the last coupler in the mail. It has a 9 inch long filter down in there.
I put a 1/4 inch thick aluminum bar as a support on it.
