Had to redesign another homebrew intake. Idle hands I tell ya..lol. ANyway 4" PVC, 3"to4" adapter, 1-90 degree, 2-45 degree elbows, 9" aem filter. Tucked into a semi heat shield. WORKS GREAT for sewer pipe...

I am going to order some metal have a fab shop do it up right for me.

Use a drill bit for the hole 1/2" perhaps a bit larger, get a rubber bung from the hardware store 1/2". Put the rubber bung in the hole and the gently slide the IAT sensor through without popping out the rubber bung. You have to be gentle yet firm...kinda like a woman..lol

yea that is very similar to bwoody's the only real difference is where the IAT is.
