Has anyone added a Nitrous system on the Vararam intake? If so where did you place the nozzle. Looks to me that a plate/spacer is the way to go with these? Any thoughts?

I just got rid of my vara-ram in prep for nitrous. Couldn't see a good place for the nozzle placement.

you might be able to use a throttle body spacer and tap it for the nitrous nozzles.

your stock pistons sure aren't gonna like the nitrous.

I wouldn't worry bout your stock pistons i have an 05 on a 150 shot with a 104k miles and i haven't had any problems so i wouldn't worry bout it.

You might not have any problems but I would still worry about it. Nitrous can be dangerous.

I know a guy with a super build 5.0. He got the wrong jets and ended up pushing so much torque he got a "torque knot" in his roof from how much the car twisted. It's even got a cage. Scary stuff

Nitrous + HEMI = scary fun ! However, Mopar Action had a stock 300C they were testing with nitrous back in the April 06 issue PG 97 (The same issue they had the "first look" at the 09 Challenger concept drawings PG 98). With a jury-rigged bottle using stainless brake line and a washer fluid bottle full of methanol, they managed to blow it up . Aparently, they were sitting at a light holding their "go fast" button (the horn) and a fireball came up through the hood, dash and windshield . It did run a 12.82 at the track though .
