i got my intake installed jsut fine the only problem was i couldnt for the life of me figure out how to get the heat shield in place..can someone post some pics for me. plz


2005 ram 1500 QC, LARAMIE package, mineral grey, magnaflow dual exhaust, SUPERCHIPS, 3rd strike intake, power wire, jet stream scoop.

I have been having an issue with mine not staying mounted to the truck.
It slides down and then the tube sits on the heat shield.
I am gona buy another nut for it and thread it on and see if I can get enough oressure between the 2 to hold it up.

mine did that also....nothing a zip tie won't fix
