Did you look under the hood for it? When I installed mine I left the blue wire under the hood until I need to use it.

No they left the wire from the 7 pin plug under the hood rolled up and not connected to anything....my question is where does the wiring from inside the truck come out outside the truck so I can make the connection

You need to drill a hole through your firewall, then you can do whatever you want with that wire so you can hook it up where you want inside your truck.

question of the day, does yours have the factory plug on the inside for the brake controller harness to plug into?

If so the wires are ran to the main plug directly under your drivers floor board, up by the inner fender, you will find the wire on the front side of that harness, Test it with cont. tester or ohm meter.

If no plug then put a hole where the clutch would go throught the firewall with about a 1/4" drill bit, its plastic so you wont have to worry about wires shorting out etc! hope this helps! drunksquid

I was able to push an awl through a grommet in the firewall that would have been used in a manual trans truck I think. No issues.
