Was that about the worst race you've ever seen? dunno No bumping or banging, no wrecks, nobody got pissed off at one another - I just expect a better show from Nascar. Roll Eyes Yes, I saw the "Showdown Race" before the real race, still it lacked the drama that we usually see.

Shane I'm confused. Not that unnormal but what does that statement mean? NASCAR as an entity or NASCAR as an event.

Personally I thought it was a great race. Plenty of drama. Leaders dropping like flies. A car that started in last place and was only in the race because of the fans vote (first time ever that the fans vote won) and Sam Hornish with a car that might have won had he not smacked the wall in the first segment, man I don't know how much more dramatic it could get.

As a fan of all things Dodge, I would say the race was very encouraging. On top of Kahne winning, LaBonte, Hornish, Newman and Kurt Busch ran well. Saddler on the pole for the qualifier. Man that is just good stuff.

The best of all news is the new motro for the Dodges will be ran in the next couple weeks. Supposed to have more HP than the Toyos. Things are going to get fun.
