I don't think it's his fault and I don't agree that he is "way" overated. I think the media, with their non stop, all Jr. all the time coverage has put him in a light that he (success wise) isn't there yet.

I feel breaking from DEI was a good thing but not for the same reasons most Jr fans think. It's because he needed to get away from the "family" and be on a team that will give him the guidance he needs. IMO, the only thing holding him back is Tony Eury Jr. I have listen to his radio every race for the last couple years on trackpass. The man is not the right guy for Jr. So much that Hendricks has had Darian Grubb sitting on the box with him during races.

The crew cheif of the week in week 2 was a joke. Jr had a 4th place car at best until Kenseth and Gordon took each other out and to top it off, like I said, Darian Grub was co-crew chiefing with Eury.

Is he overated? I don't know. I don't think we can know for sure until he makes a complete break from Eury Jr. If you don't believe me, listen to his in car sometime. WOW!
