Anyone know what this means or how to fix? The light is driving me crazy. Sometimes it goes off, but it is on more often than not.

My rear O2 sensor went out at 52K. They are SUPPOSED to be good for 100k.
When it goes bad, it goes bad.

is the rear o2 sensor what causes the exhaust recirc code to come up? If so, where is it located?
