I am thinking about getting the areo muffler installed is there any info of pros and cons that can be provided from personal expierance or knowledge..

I suggest the 3030xl with the built in resonator. If you go with the 3030, then keep and reuse your stock resonator. I had a AT3030XL and the drone was terrible, at 2000RPM you can feel the truck's floor vibrating, but it sounded decent dumped.
If you gona use the tail pipe i suggest keeping the stock resonator  Black 2004 Qc 4X4, Superchips,comp 260 cam,home ported & milled heads,6.1 spring and pushrods, PSC1, Taylor Thundevolt 50, Edelbrock TES headers, true duals with Magnaflow, K&N C.A.I., Innovate LC1, MarkVIII E Fan, 180* t stat,Hellwig RSB, 6 X HID,sport running boards and bed accents,lund rool pan, Kenwood KNX7100 nav., R camera, 80G hard drive, 9" flip down monitor, Phoenix gold Tantrum 600.4 for Diamond Audio 4.5" dash and R.F. 5" R doors, Orion Extreme 500.4 for HCCA 6S comps front door, Precision Power DCX 1500.1 for 2 X 10" RE Audio SE, Oxygen Audio 20 Farad cap, Rammat sound deadner, tons of wires |

I put on the AT3030 with the AT resonator and I love it. It is exiting infront of the rear tire. Yes there is drone, but I feel it is very tolerable. I used the seperate resonator with the AT3030 instead of the AT3030XL because I want the ability to go louder later if I want to with out spending more money.

Cons - they cost as much as 2 mufflers, they're not made in the usa

I agree,,,, The AT3030 was $150 and the resonator was an additional $50. But it is stainless.
