Hi Everyone,

I have the supertruck side exhaust. Apparently some people get the rectangle tips and some get the rounds ones, well I got the round ones and am not satisfied with the sound, or the looks since they are not chrome.
Can anyone please tell me some good tips to use and where to get them? Thanks a lot guys.

For whatever reason Gibson does this, if the exhaust is for a QC you get the square tips... RC gets the round tips Confused

You can buy the square tips from Gibson... but they're a little pricey.

The gibson round and square tips sound like crapola. They sound very tinny, I have had them both. I called and argued with a manager there cause I got the round tips and every ad shows the square ones.
I actually bought some 3R racing dual wall resonated tips. They are not the best brand but were only 30 bucks each and sounded great. Made the exhaust sound very different, mellowed it out. You can buy the major brand tips at 3 times the price but they will get digned up just as quick as the cheaper ones. The location of the side exhaust picks up every gravel and the tips eventually get nicks in them.
Get resonated tips!
