I've heard a couple of complaints from people that try to contact him. Either the phones aren't being answered, the emails aren't being returned, or their voicemails aren't being returned. I have never had a problem buying from moes. I suggest you just go to his website, order what you are looking for, and wait for it to be delivered in week or two.

 I've bought every go-fast part for my truck from Moe's. My cam kit was a little late being delivered but it turned out to be an issue at the supplier, not Moe's, and a quick call got it cleared up. Other then that I've never had a problem at all, and great customer service from him.
