I believe Rancher is right again on this and to boot in Dallas County it has been reported that the delivery of the scarce vaccine will go to the 'non-paying' patients first! How's that for free enterprise - good money - what's left of it is still no good. Also the prison population is getting first delivery too in many instances - which makes medical sense because of their close contact in the kennels - but it still chaps the ass of the non-con paying customers.
