Got this from a guy at work who is also a big fan of 2nd amendment rights. He got it from a gun magazine but unsure of which one.

1. Ban use of firearms for home defense.

2. Pass Federal laws eliminating your Right-to-Carry.

3. Ban the manufacture, sale and possession of handguns.

4. Close down 90% of the gun shops in America.

5. Ban rifle ammo commonly used for hunting and sport shooting.

6. Increase federal taxes on guns and ammo by 500%.

7. Restore voting rights for 5,000,000 criminals including those who have been convicted of using a gun to commit a violent crime.

8. Expand the Clinton semi-auto ban to include millions more firearms.

9. Mandate a government-issued license to purchase a firearm.

10. Appoint judges to the US Supreme Court and Federal judiciary who share his views on the 2nd Amendment.

IMO, a lot of people will "change" their opinion of him when they hear of this.

I certainly hope that this is an inaccurate internet story. I would not be surprised if it was his stance, though.

I doubt it. The people that will vote for Obama likes the idea of the government running their lives, getting people that work hard and making money to pay THEIR way. All the democrats have to do with downgrade or do away with education all together, get rid of business, get rid of privately owned weapons then the job of controling society will be easy.

We need to take back our country. I carry and many of you do. That is our right. If Obama wants too pass legislation that prohibits our right to fire arms, then he can go straight to hell with the rest of them, including the Clinton's. Its time for a very serious revolt. We must take our country back from the absolute morons in the White house and congress. Our legislators no longer have our interests in mind, only their own. Take back America.

But it often seems to me that the majority of people today are ignorant of what is/has been going on in this country. For so many it seems, their current events education comes from CNN. I really hope I'm wrong, and most people do care what's going on, but I'm not too optimistic.

How many of you remember the 9 year old girl from Montana that killed 2 illegal aliens that invaded her home in November of 2007. One was carrying a gun stolen in another home invasion...the previous owner was stabbed to death.
Outlaw guns, so the bad guys wont have to worry about you protecting yourself.
