I lifted a battery cable the other day and put it back on. When I got in the truck and started it the CD tower was doing a lot of shifting(factory 6 cd changer). Now it does not work at all. I don't even have a CD mode. When I checked the manual it said I need to take it to the dealer. Anybody run into this problem? How do I remedy this without an expensive trip to the dealer?

Sorry for the late post hoov. If your still under the factory warranty take it back to the dealership. Try leaving the battery cable off for 15 mins to reset the pcm that might help. Sorry I cant be more helpful dude.
