I'm putting a new deck in my Dad's Furd. It's got Sirius SAT radio from the factory. I'm putting an Alpine unit in. I haven't messed with sat radio before. Question is will the stock Sirius receiver behind the dash work in conjunction with the Alpine, or do I gotta get the Sirius box from Alpine?

I would say you need the box, unless theres some way to splice the wires in?
