Had a HD pull up the other morning at 30 mph and wanted to play so dusted him.

Following day on the way to work, Same thing but a honda crusier pulls up and guns it, I walked these bikes very hard and I dont think they expected it at all. Big Grin

Gave them the HEMI experience!

good kills, but I dont know what kind of bikes they were I have been on bikes way before I had cars and our trucks are slow compared to even small bikes. I just bought a new triumph bonneville stock its only 69 hp, and its faster than my truck. I have a full exhaust and reworked carbs and cams, I raced a srt 8 300 a few days ago up to about a 100 no competion.

The crusier bikes are quite a bit slower than that bonneville, spent alot of time on bikes, and my 750 honda was alot faster than my truck, its all on that power to weight ratio and the sportster and fat boy hd are very slow bikes, even slower are the 600 honda and the 750 honda cruiser, a dirt bike makes them look bad. Ha, Good kill on that srt8 300

yeah I agree on that, harleys other than v rods, are slow.Almost all of the metric v twins are slow also, to much weight for the power they put out. All of my buddys ride vintage cb 750 hondas and they cant belive my triumph runs circles around them! I think they think its still a 650 like the old ones, instead of a 900.

Good kill, those new 09's trucks must be pretty fast. My 2006 Softail 88" with pipes intake and stage one down load runs 12.8 in the quarter mile. I was racing my buddies nightrod special who ran a 12 flat. If it was a newer HD they have 96" engines that should be around a 12.5 in the quarter.
