I think some guys on here have gone with 35's with the torsion lift and fit. You would probably have to stay with 275's though. A 305/55R20 is stock height but looks mean as heck.

I've been running 295/50/20 for about 8 months and no issues.

All the tire shops I have been to safely informed me that 285/60x20's are the larger side to step up, that is for all stock RAM 4x4...so with my front lifted I should not have any issue going with 295/60x20's....those will be my next set of tires I will move up to.....

Do you have your front lifted or still stock and you are not experiencing any rubbing?????

That's funny the tire place told you that 285 are the widest you can go. I actually went to Discount Tire and they tried to sell me 305's and said that there would not be issues. I know of a few people that are actually running 305's with minor rub but not noticeable. My front end is still stock and only rubbing I saw underneath was from full lock to either side and it was very minor rub.

On an 07 just watch the tire width, the upper control arm is right by the tire

I belive a 275/65R20 will fit stock.... its a 34X11.50 same width just about an inch taller. Come stock on the Super Duty's with 20's problem is they are a 10ply so get ready for a rough ride.
