No manual adjustments can be done. The computer controls it all.

On the 5.7 the IAC control is built into the throttle body. There are no manual adjustmets. All I would know to do is carefully open the covers on the electronics of the TB ans see if there is anything you can clean with contact cleaner.

From the 2004 manual:

I thought this was your 2 wired sensor plugged in the air intake tube and can be disconnect and replaced as needed. IDK about cleaning it but its not IN the tb.

That would be IAT, not IAC. New Hemi engines are drive by wire and have no idle air control.
