Ive had my truck since new and I never had to add anti-freeze but resently Ive had this smell after shut down so I checked fiuld level its good ,checked weep hole on water pump[basicly looked for any puddles on top of pump or ground]nothing there,thermosat housing dry as well,hoses and rad look ok,so Im thinking rad cap?? any advice would be thanked

no I havnt but thats a good place to start and a cheap fix if thats the problem thanks
