What's the best way to clean my wheels? Anything I should stay away from?

I have been using McGuires HotWheels Chrome on my wheels. Spray on a dry cool wheel, spray off. Do not let this set on your wheels for longer than 15 seconds. It is corosive according to the label. I love it.

Gords aluminum polish i use it to polish out semi tankers and is awesome on crome analuminum it will amaze you. just get the small bottle and try it i love it!
