Well, I'm taking my Ram racing for the first time this weekend.. It feels pretty good.. Hoping for some low 15's, maybe a high 14....

I have a 2WD, quad cab, HEMI, Superchips, straight through exhaust, K&N filter, 3.92 posi.

What do you all think??

Well, I don't want to go too crazy!! Its still my DD... LOL... I did buy an electric fan and 180 stat today.. Plan on making up a CAI as well before the next track day...

If a pair of 17" rims come my way, I'll give those a try as well...

just a warning, its never gonna end. Before you know, you looking for headers, cam, heads, custom tune, air/fuel ratio gauge, yada, yada, yada.

Trust me, IT HAPPENED TO ME!!!! haha Big Grin

Seriously though, modding the truck is addicting and fun when it comes to the track!

I beleive 12.6 was his best....

I cut a hole in my hoodscoop and in the hood, made up a CAI, getting some 4.10 gears, 16" rims and slicks, and an electric fan...

Next drag day is Sept 12th.. I should be able to tackle a high 14 now????
