going to the track tomarrow, tonight I put on 25" tall tires, removed the tailgate, spare, sub box and all my hitch crap. I have no idea what it will run, I'm hoping to get into the 14's....may be a tall task for this 6000lb pig, hopefully the Hemi eats it's Wheaties tomarrow morning!

wish me luck burnout

That is hilarious. I just picked up some 25 inch tires for mine too! I only have the 20's for the front so it is going to look really stupid. It will look like it is doing a wheelie! I just want to see what the lower gearing will do for it. You will have to launch in 4wd or you will spin like crazy. Mine are worn out drag radials and I hope they hook.

Let us know how it goes. Did you run it before with the other tires on it?

made 4 passes

1st. 15.3578 @88.49
2nd. 15.2898 @88.83
3rd. 15.2466 @88.5
4th. 15.3154 @88.72

should have made a pass in 2wd and just babied it off the line to see how much of a diffrence it would have made (being an open diff, probably would have made alot of smoke LOL)

I was really hoping for 14's but all in all low 15's isn't bad for 6000lb truck, it ran very consistant and I had a hell of a good time.

Yeah I did have a good time, it was one of those situations where I didn't know if I would be able to make it or not, I switched the tires the night before hoping I could go but I didn't want to invite a whole bunch of people and then not show myself LOL. temp was mid 70's.

don't know about this weekend, keep me posted.
