were is stock block heater? someone told me if I had tow package I should have a stock block heater? napa stores don't handle one ,dealer only?

Mine is driver side towards the rear. I do have tow package but I think block heater is standard equip. for Canada.

There is a hole made into the block just above the starter that it goes into and Mopar is the only one who makes it. It is about $35.00 but I cannot remember for sure. No it does not come with a tow package, Sorry. It is real easy to install you do not need to remove the starter like the directions say...
