whats up guys hope i can get some thoughts or help

ok last week my truck spit a p0300 which is a random or multiple misfire couldn't figure out why it would do this my truck has just went over 78k had done a tune up maybe round 51 oe 52 k wires plugs everything it was running kinda rough like it was going to die then got a check engine light on but after i cleaned out my air filter and throttle body i kinda broke my iat sensor so that gave me another code got a new one that gave me a new code p0124 got replaced it light went off drove it aournd fine yesterday until i was on my way home it started acting like it did when i got the misfire code it started running like it was on a rough road real shakey but i didnt get a a light or a code until right when i pulled into my driveway it sent out a p0132 which is a 02 sensor code just seems like i'm getting one code after another but it all stemmed from that misfire code so not sure whats going on gunna try and see if i can go with some tricks and see if i can fix some things without having to make the dreaded shop trip but yeah any help would be nice
