Does anyone know where I can get some braided S.S. line kits? I was checking out some different companies, but no one seems to make any for our model truck with the 5.7L. Does anyone know why this is??? All the ads say the S.S. kits really help get rid of spongy feeling in pedal - that is what I want!!!

I got 'em on my old Jeep with no power brakes,they made the response noticeably faster,and it has a more firm pedal.The braided steel keeps them from expanding under pressure,and I believe they are smaller diameter than the stock lines too,I think that helps with response. Mine came from Goodridge,don't know if they got them for the trucks or not.

Thanks; I already checked with Goodridge (started my searching with them)...some reason their website has a couple different models our trucks listed but they all say ecluding 5.7 - I sent their customer service an email asking why, but no response yet!

I wouldn't think there would be any difference based on the engine,but maybe they got their reasons
