Holy crap Batman! How in the world did you get 40k out of the stock rotors?!?! Smiler
I had to get mine turned at 20k because they warped and then replaced them at 25k because they warped again.
Congrats on accomplishing something most of us have not been able to. Wink

I have 92,000 miles on my stock rotors. Changeed front brake pads at 65,000 miles. I try to drive with out touching my brakes as much as possible, plus most of my driving is thru country, not much stop & go traffic.

The front rotors on my '05 were replaced under warranty at about 10,000 miles because they warped.
