i have headers and no cats and still have my warrenty

The dealership would have to prove that the headers did whatever damage was under warranty question. Best thing to do is ask your local service dept. They are the ones you are going to be dealing with anyway. Good luck. Dan

Most likely they will not void the warranty. If you installed headers and you got a CEL for your cats it wouldn't be covered.
