My 2001 Dodge Ram Squeaks when ever you turn the wheel and when you go over any bumps? Can anyone help me out?

As far as your squeaks...

I would look at your leaf spring shackles first - spray 'em down with WD-40. Check your shock bolts and make sure they're torqued to specs. Do the same for all the lug nuts. I can't remember if the '01 models had grease fittings or not... might be something to look at also. With the truck running and in Park, have someone turn the steering wheel from left to right while you're underneath - you might be able to pin point the area. Good luck!
