I have an 06, 4dr 1500, 5 spd, with 42k. I bought the truck used from a local dealer, with extended warranty. I love this truck. However, ther is this main problem that takes away some of the overall love. There is a shake or shudder at all speeds, but most noticalbe at 55 to 60 MPH. It is "not the tires or wheels. Had them balance 4 times and replaced the tires (with Michelin) and two additional balances. No change at all. The dealer replaced the stabalizer bushings and an alignment, but no change. I than drove another 06 same truck on their lot and found the same problem, which scares me. I asked the dealer to look at Chrysler bulletins regarding this problem and they said Chrysler dosen't share this info?? Made no sense to me since I found the same problem on another Dodge truck. Seems like when I hit a bump, at any speed I get a continuation of the bump (shudder). Shocks checked out good also. This concern is driving me nuts! Would appreciate any help please. I don't think I'm the only one with this problem. Thanks so much, Ron

plz keep me informed.. Yesterday on my way to work, I was on the highway and had to apply my brake then it started the same (sounds like) the shuddering. It DID NOT do it after work or the day before and it hasn't done again. One of the boys that I work with said I could check out and see if my caliper is dirty...
we are expecting rain and so I really don't feel like getting everything out and then have it start raining and then laying in the mud to work on my truck.
but the next chance I get I will check it out and let you guys know what if anything I find. It was just really crazy for that to all of a sudden to happen.

Sounds like your front wheel bearing hubs are going out, have the truck sitting in the driveway and turn the wheel a little back and forth and watch the wheels for delayed movement. I found my left front one bad a few days ago and been fighting vibration issues also!
