I have a 2005 2WD OC Laramie Hemi with the factory installed towing package; my first question is: Did the factory towing package include a heavy-duty or upgraded shock or were all the shocks the same on the 1500's? Next question is what shock do you consider the best for an upgrade - I very rarely tow or haul anything - my main objective is performance and ride and I'm using the SRT10 22'' Wheels w/305/45's for this application.
Bilsteins, Edelbrock's, Koni's or whatever? Price is not a major consideration but longevity and quality is important. PLEASE give specific part numbers for your suggestions and do remember it is for a 2005 1500 2WD QC. Thanks very much for your suggestions and information! |

The only different shocks that were put on the 1500's was if you have the off raod package you would of had Bilstiens on it. Which is what I am going to put on my truck!!
