I wounder if I use the 91 tune with the MSD Hemi Retard Controller what would be a a good retard setting with 150 shot? The SC 91 tune I believe advances the timing 2 degrees so would 4 or 5 degrees of retard be a good setting to compensate for the advance in timing from the 3815? Thoughts.

A good rule to follow is 4 degrees of retard for every 100 hp of N2O.

Plus one full heat range colder plugs for each 125 hp shot.

No platinum or coated plugs.

Run plug gaps at .035.

I run 93 octane, 91 tune, 150 shot, plugs 2 ranges colder, no timing changes and plugs read perfect and A/F is still a tad rich.

I use NGK-LZTR6AIX-13 (IRRIDIUM) two heat ranges colder than stock which is: LZTR4AIX-13. They have 30k+ miles on them and still look new.

And yes you can adjust the gap, just have to have a good gap tool. I gap mine .035

I've been good Rick. Always busy ya know.

For Bettsie: Mine and Ricks are about setup the same. My best has been a 13.43@100. 5825 lbs with me and 1/4 tank of fuel.

That was on a crappy day with 91 degree temps and high humidity. Using the NHRA density altitude correction that run would have been a 13.02@103 mph.

I am plagued with traction problems even with drag radials and traction bars as many can attest to that have seen me run.

On street tires Ricks truck should pull down 14 flats at around 96 mph.

Big Grin
