I have a dilema and need some opinions from you guys to make up my mind Confused

I have an 08 Patriot Blue Reg Cab, but Ive gone ahead and put the Thunder Road badging normally found on Quad Cabs on it. I think it looks cool, and adds a little bit of personality to the truck.

Anyway, the cool people down at tintartsigns.com will make me a custom THUNDER ROAD bed side decal identical to the NIGHT RUNNER decals they sell. Im thinkin a matte or glossy black outline with glossy silver letters.

Just wondering what ya'll thought about the idea both with getting the decal, and the color choices im thinkin about. Thanks in advance!

Some pics of the badging I allready have:

Are you talking about a bed stripe like the type below? If so, I'd go with silver - it'll tie in with your lower body panels!

I would leave it the way it is. Its a very nice truck but anyone who knows will know its not a real Thunder Road. If you wanted it to look more like a regular cab Thunder Road tribute I would start by adding the correct 20" x 9.0" Aluminum wheels. You can usally find them on Ebay for a fair price. You might also want to think about correcting the placement of the badges you put on your doors. The T in Thunder Road does not go past the R in Ram on the drivers side, and the D should not go past the M on the passengers side. Also if you dont have the fog light option thats another dead give away. I would just be proud of what it is, a nice clean Dodge truck. If you would like to see what a real Patriot blue Thunder Road should look like I will send you some pics of mine.

iagree It's kinda like the Chevy guys who put SS decals on non-SS or even single cab trucks, just doesn't really fit. Your truck is pretty unique as it is, or at least would be here. I have only seen one or two RCSB 06-08 Hemis in a long long time.

Did Thunder Road badges come on 2007's? I've seen trucks with Big Horn badges, but never Thunder Road badges. I think they look pretty neat!
