I'm trying to decide on nerf bars for my truck. It's either the Westin or the MOPAR oval 1's. Anybody got any pictures of the MOPAR 1's on their Regular cab truck?

I was the winning bidder on this set, what a deal I got. Bars look great on my truck too.

I personally like the Mopar ones.

I am sure if you go to your dealer if no one here has pics they will be able to show you them, or might even have them installed on some trucks in the lot.

I just got the OE Bars off of ebay. I like them but they were a PITA to put on. They go up under the sides of the body rather than under the frame mounts. One other thing there is no adjustment to move them out from the sides of your truck so people with big feet like me have to stradle sideways when you use them or you hit your door jams.Other than those things they look and function great.Hope that helps,Rick

I like the Mopar ones due to the fact they are stronger thatn the westin ones. Yes the factory ones are a pain to install but because of how they install they are stronger. The other step bars that attach to the body mounts give way after time and you have to tighten them up or as the rubber mount gets older your steps start to sasg when you step on them and they bounce i say JUNK! SO i prefer MOPAR.

My '08 come with the Ovals stock.. They are rock solid. I had a buddy of mine step on them to get in the truck..he's pushing 310lbs. I winced a little but my bars didn't move.

I'm looking at getting a set of Mopar nerf bars for my '08 Ram 1500 QC 4WD Hemi "Big Horn". I'm trying to compare prices, but I've come across two different part numbers that I'm curious about.

Does anybody know what the difference is between the two Mopar nerf bar part numbers below and if they will both fit on my truck:

part number 82211485
part number 82209625

Also, what's a fair price to pay for these nerf bars?

Thanks in advance.
