Who makes the best single sub box, either a single 10" or single 12" to put under rear seat of an '05 Quad Cab? Seems like alot of people gravitate to the Fox Acoustics but all of their offerings are for dual 12", I only want to take up half of my under seat storage and don't want to go with a center console style box. There doesn't seem to be alot of choices. Here's what I've found so far:

1. JL Stealthbox: single 10", pretty pricey considering it's unpowered, it goes for $599 but I know JL makes nice stuff and the 10" W3 it comes with is supposed to be tuned to the box

2. Q-Logic: Will fit a single 10", box goes for around $270 unloaded, by the time I drop a decent sub in it (thinking Diamond Audio to match the rest of my system), I'm encroaching upon the JL price.

3. Mopar/Kicker: This seems like an interesting option and is $579 or so with the amp. I like the box, don't want the amp. I thought I've read on the Dodge Forum where somebody got just the box/sub, no amp, and paid $199 for it. Anyone know how many watts this subbox can handle?

4. Subthump - Single 10", box is cheap, $99 unloaded. Of course, I think it's cheap for a reason, people have said it's not well sealed, strange contours inside the box limits what sub you can use and way the box sits, the sub has no room to breathe.

What else it out there? I'm not crafty with MDF and/or fiberglass, so making a box myself is not an option.

Look down a few threads on my post about a center console sub box. A little trickier to install, but essentially theft proof. I had a 12" one.

Bump, anybody got a solid 12" single box in a quad cab? I'll be building my own system but am very interested in what others have used in a QC. JL Audio sub will be used, and can't take up center console. Suffice to say, "personal insurance" policy is stored there.

Look on eBay for Fox Acoustics. I have a single 12" in one, and it sounds great.
