I just got my back seats to flip down. I just dont know how or what to use to mount the amp back there any sugestions?

Thanks for the reference stebob! LOL. I have modified it a tad to accomodate the c-pillar plastic where it recesses at the bottom into the wall. Looks pretty much the same though with just a little more cutout now. But it was making it hard to get the rear corner bolts in/out so I had to change it. I left the seats out since the amp/sub/wiring kit are all coming this week.....
